US Domestic

  • UPS SurePost – No Insured
  • All other UPS - Insured up to $100
  • USPS Priority - Insured up to $50
  • USPS Media Mail - Not Insured
  • USPS First Class - Not Insured

International

  • USPS International First Class - Not Insured
  • USPS International Priority - Insured up to $200

CUSTOM FEES

International shipments may be subject to customs fees.

This is not something we are responsible for collecting or paying.

Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will vary by country and product value. We have no control over if you are charged or how much will be due.

Return to Senders

Shipping costs originally paid on your package cannot be refunded when your package is returned to us. When your package is returned to us we will process a refund for the items purchased and any applicable taxes.

If your package is being returned to sender and you would like it reshipped, please email [email protected] with your order number and let us know that you would like it reshipped along with the full address to send your order to. Please note that all reshipments will require you to pay for shipping costs again. If you would prefer to not pay for shipping again, a refund will be issued for the item(s) when they arrive back to us. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
